In a large bowl, mix the Carnitas, Black Forest Ham, Swiss Cheese and Mezclajeté® Especial Spicy Yellow Mustard until the ingredients are combined and the mustard is evenly distributed throughout the filling.
Divide the filling into 6 portions. Place an egg roll wrapper on the diagonal (so it looks like a diamond shape) on a clean, dry flat surface. In the middle of the wrapper, place the filling with 4-5 pickled jalapeño slices on top. To keep the filling from leaking out the sides, fold the left side of the wrapper over the filling. Dip your finger into the water and wet the tip of the right side of the wrapper and fold on top of the left side to seal it. Take the bottom of the wrapper, fold over the filling and roll. Wet the top corner of the wrapper to finish sealing the egg roll. Set aside on a plate. Repeat until you wrap all the egg rolls. Fry egg rolls until golden brown. Let cool for approximately 1 minute and serve hot. Makes 6 egg rolls.
Note: If you prefer, you can pan fry or use your air fryer instead of deep frying.
Optional: Offer a side of Mezclajeté® Especial Spicy Yellow Mustard as a dipping sauce.
