Pound pork chops to approximately ⅛ inch thickness. In a glass baking dish, squeeze Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Picante Hot Sauce in an even layer on the bottom of the glass dish. Place a single layer of pork chops into the baking dish, slathering more sauce on top of them using your fingers or a basting brush. Repeat until all the pork chops are coated with sauce. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cook pork thoroughly. Makes 2 servings.
