Mezclajete® adds a hint of spice to this tasty bourbon maple syrup. Great on waffles, pancakes, french toast and even chicken & waffles.
4 tbs. + 1 tsp. Maple Syrup (we used a dark maple syrup)
1 tbs. Honey
1½ tsp. Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Picante
1 tsp. Bourbon
Dash of Ground Cinnamon

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a small pitcher and serve.
Makes a little over a ⅓ of a cup.
